Limited Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Honoring Motherhood keepsake.

Honoring Motherhood offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.

What’s Covered:

For a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, we will repair:

• Stones that have lost their shine and become dull
• Stones that have gotten scuffed up
• Stones that have discolored or gotten stained
• Birthstone gems that have fallen out
• Clasps or chains breaking or being faulty

What’s Not Covered:

Because our pieces are worn daily and often hold deep sentimental meaning, normal wear is expected. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage done to a setting
• Scratches in metal (scratches, dents, surface marks)
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations
• Custom design changes or preference-based concerns.
  (Each keepsake stone is handcrafted and one of a kind. While the artist follows the design selected on the order form, natural variations will occur and the final piece will not be an exact replica of sample images.)

Custom & Keepsake Materials

Keepsakes containing hair, breastmilk, ashes, fabric, or other personal materials are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, texture, or inclusions are considered natural and are not defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty evaluation,
Email Hi@honoringmotherhood.com with:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• A description of the concern

If approved, we will provide next steps, which may include a prepaid return label.
All warranty claims must be submitted within the coverage period.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If an issue falls outside the warranty, we are always happy to help. We offer paid repair services whenever possible to extend the life of your keepsake.
