All customers are responsible for paying postage to get their inclusions sent in through whichever mail carrier service they would prefer.
Once the keepsake is ready, it will be shipped out with a tracking number. If the package is marked as delivered but customer has not received, they will need to ask around and see if it was given to a neighbor then file a claim with USPS.
If customer moves and has a new address from the one they provided during check out, customer is responsible for contacting us to update their address. Should customer not mention the address change before their order is shipped, they are responsible for covering the cost of a new keepsake to be sent to their correct address.
